The Basic Payment Account includes the following services:
1) Services enabling the opening, maintenance and closure of a payment account;
2) Services enabling cash deposits into the payment account;
3) Services enabling cash withdrawals from the payment account, at the Bank’s branches or ATMs, during or outside the credit institution’s business hours; and
4) Execution of the following payment transactions:
a. direct debits;
b. payment transactions carried out by payment card, including online payments; and
c. credit transfers, including standing orders, at terminals, at branches and online, where available.
In line with its commitment to financial inclusion and equal access to banking services, Zapad Banka has ensured that all basic banking services provided through the Basic Payment Account for Consumers in a Vulnerable Group are available free of charge.
The Basic Payment Account for Consumers in a Vulnerable Group is intended for beneficiaries of minimum wage, financial assistance, personal disability allowance, allowance for care and assistance, and cash benefits based on unemployment insurance, provided that such rights are exercised in accordance with the laws governing employment, employment mediation and rights during unemployment, as well as social and child protection.
The opening of this type of account may be arranged by individuals who are beneficiaries of one or more of the above-mentioned rights, subject to the submission of the required supporting documentation.
In accordance with these changes, the new General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Payment Services to Consumers and Non-Consumers at Zapad Banka AD Podgorica are available at our branches and at the following link:
