We would like to inform you that, strarting from June, 20th 2026, the amended Tariffs for Residents and Non-Resident clients – Individuals, Legal Entities and Entrepreneurs will be applied.
The aforementioned amendments have been initiated following the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG) Decision, regarding the minimum value of payment transactions that must be processed through the RTGS system.
The changes refers to the certain tariff items and their ranges that are linked to the National Payment System, for both - resident legal entities, as well as non-resident individuals, legal entities and entrepreneurs.
The transactions, namely, the tariff items, currently defined in the valid Tariff book within the range of EUR 1,000.01 to EUR 3,000.00, will be removed.
The range will be increased, instead of the previous maximum amount for processing payment orders through the DNS system of EUR 1,000.00, to an amount of up to EUR 2,999.99, and will be charged according to the lower, more favourable, tariff applicable to all Bank's clients.
NOTE: We, additionally, inform you that the Bank will consider that you agree with the above-mentioned amendments of the fees - if, by the date indicated as the start of their application, you do not notify the Bank that you do not accept the fee's amendments.
In that case, you have the right to terminate the Payment services framework agreement (Framework agreement), without any fee, (free of charge), if the Agreement was concluded, no more than 6 (six) months, prior to the date of its termination.
