The transactions made for the clients are settled in the investment services accounts opened in the client's name and the client's financial instruments are kept in such custody accounts. In the name of client Zapad Banka AD Podgorica collects all types of revenues from the financial instruments available in the account and inform client on all changes occurring. We underline that the instrument held in the above mentioned accounts are not included in the Bank's assets and balances, but under any situation they are owned by the client who has an unlimited right of disposal.
