We would like to remind you about the main rules while using payment cards:
- Your notification services (sms, viber) should always be “ON“ and you should monitor them;
- Install the „M banking“ application through which you can block the card yourself;
- Save the Contact center number (+382 20 690 069) which you can call 24/7/365 in case of loss, theft or misuse of your payment card and disable its further operation;
- Install the "Zapad secure" application in order to make online shopping safer, and make sure that you make purchases on verified websites;
- When paying on POS devices, your presence when paying with a card is necessary! The card must never be out of your sight;
- When entering the PIN code, at the ATM or POS, protect the keypad with your hand.
