A client shall submit the complaints to a work of an employee or a banking service provided not later than 30 days as of a day of such event occurring  (unless contractually  otherwise agreed on such deadline).

 

The complaint shall be submitted in one of the ways as follows:

1. Personally, either in the Bank's head office or in a Bank branch office -by completing the Compliant Form;

2. By the postal mail service, sent to the address: Moskovska 2b/VII, 81000 Podgorica
